Brand rep agreement

By agreeing to become a Boho babes cloth nappies brand representative you agree to the following terms of contract:

THE CONTRACT PERIOD 

The Brand rep will be in collaboration with Boho Babes Cloth Nappies for a minimum of 3 months. The contract may extend to a longer period of time if both parties agree.

CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT
Brand reps must:

• Have a public Instagram account and be active 
• Show a genuine love of our products
• Showcase a minimum of 3 different products over the duration of the contract
• Post and tag a minimum of 4 unique high quality images each month (Photos can be flat lays or of your baby/child using our products)
• Email all images taken to boho_babes@outlook.com (No watermarks)
• Understand that any images tagged or sent to Boho babes cloth nappies become our property to use on our social media, website and advertising.
• Promote our brand where possible and interact with our social media posts.
  
  

B.R. INCENTIVE

• All items at 20% off for the duration of your contract 
• You will be sent 1 product of our choice from each new release. If different products e.g. wipes and night nappies are released together you will receive one of each product free of charge. 
• Personal discount code to share with friends, family and followers for 10% off first orders
• Exposure of your Instagram account that may support future B.E. and B.R. roles.
  
  

CONTRACT TERMINATION

If at any time the brand rep wishes to terminate the contract they must contact us in writing and allow us 14 days notice. Boho babes cloth nappies reserves the right to withdraw the contract agreement at any time.
