Returns/Refund & Exchange Policy

Boho Babes Cloth Nappies pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. If you receive your order and are not satisfied with the way they fit or there is a fault please contact us at: boho_babes@outlook.com to discuss an exchange or refund and we will do our best to assist you with your concerns. For change of mind or incorrect fit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items.
We recommend you try a nappy on your baby (over a flat nappy or shorts/pants) prior to washing to check the fit.
  • To be eligible for a return/exchange/refund the product must be in UNWORN and UNWASHED (As new) condition. Please note: We DO NOT accept returns of sanitary pads.
  • For change of mind or incorrect fit it is up to the buyer to pay return postage of the items.
  • If the product is faulty we will send out a prepaid postal satchel for you to return the item to us.
  • A $10 processing fee will be deducted for any order in which a refund or cancelation has been requested.
  • Sale and clearance items are not eligible for a refund, exchange or returns (unless deemed faulty).

RETURN PROCESS for change of mind or incorrect fit:

  1. Contact us (boho_babes@outlook.com) to discuss if your order is eligible to be returned and to obtain postal address.
  2. Ensure items are UNWORN AND UNWASHED! They must be in NEW condition with no dirt, hair, rips, etc.
  3. Pack items into postal satchel along with a copy of your proof of purchase.
  4. Include a note with:
           * Your name (the same you used when placing your order), address, phone   number and email address.
          * Reason for return - please notify us if you require a refund or exchange
          * The items you are returning
** The cost of postage for change of mind or incorrect fit is your responsibility. **
Once received, your refund or exchange will be processed through the original payment method you used to pay on our website. This may take 7-14 working days. Keep in mind that a $10 processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

 The buyer will accept responsibility for any fees incurred with customs, postal fees or return to send fees associated with items not collected from the post office within the reasonable collection time. Customers will be sent an invoice to be paid within 7 days.

Returns or exchanges
Due to the intimate nature of the product we will not accept returns or exchanges of Free2BU underwear, cloth menstrual pads or adult continence pants. Please refer to our sizing chart and choose your products carefully.
Change of mind:
If you have a change of mind prior to receiving your order please contact us as soon as possible boho_babes@outlook.com to discuss the issue as we may be able to process any changes prior to your order leaving us here at Boho Babes. If your order has already been posted to you please contact us on the email above and you will be advised to either redirect your order back to us or send the UNOPENED postage satchel containing your order back to us, at your cost, whereby you will be issued with a store credit or refund of your total purchase amount (excluding postage costs).

Faulty Free2bU items
If your Free2bU underwear show signs of faults within 60 days of purchase we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible boho_babes@outlook.com to discuss the matter. Photos of the fault will be required to assess the issue. You will be sent a replacement product in the same size, colour and style as the faulty item.
