Returns/Refund & Exchange Policy
Boho Babes Cloth Nappies pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. If you receive your order and are not satisfied with the way they fit or there is a fault please contact us at: email@example.com to discuss an exchange or refund and we will do our best to assist you with your concerns. For change of mind or incorrect fit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items.
Our return terms have recently changed due to the Covid19 situation. From June 5th 2020, we will not accept returns of nappies for change of mind or incorrect fit and faulty products will be accessed via photos and videos for health and safety reasons - please contact us for more information. Our usual return policy below will be reinstated hopefully 1st January 2021.
We recommend you try a nappy on your baby (over a flat nappy or shorts/pants) prior to washing to check the fit.
- To be eligible for a return/exchange/refund the product must be in UNWORN and UNWASHED (As new) condition.
- For change of mind or incorrect fit it is up to the buyer to pay return postage of the items.
- If the product is faulty we will send out a prepaid postal satchel for you to return the item to us.
- A $15 processing fee will be deducted for any order in which a refund or cancelation has been requested.
- Sale and clearance items are not eligible for a refund, exchange or returns (unless deemed faulty).
RETURN PROCESS for change of mind or incorrect fit:
- Contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) to discuss if your order is eligible to be returned and to obtain postal address.
- Ensure items are UNWORN AND UNWASHED! They must be in NEW condition with no dirt, hair, rips, etc.
- Pack items into postal satchel along with a copy of your proof of purchase.
- Include a note with:
* Your name (the same you used when placing your order), address, phone number and email address.
* Reason for return - please notify us if you require a refund or exchange
* The items you are returning
** The cost of postage for change of mind or incorrect fit is your responsibility. **
Once received, your refund or exchange will be processed through the original payment method you used to pay on our website. This may take 7-14 working days. Keep in mind that a $10 processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

For order cancelations please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has been dispatched already you will need to follow the returns process above.

The buyer will accept responsibility for any fees incurred with customs, postal fees or return to send fees associated with items not collected from the post office within the reasonable collection time. Customers will be sent an invoice to be paid within 7 days.
